I had a very good experience with Mr.Anuj Yadav. He listened patiently to my personal issues and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I had been to Anuj for consultation in 2022 and took almost 10-12 sessions. He heard me out patiently and suggested techniques to overcome my problems.
Now in 2025, I again reached out to him with a lot of issues. At the end of the first session he told me to follow a few practices. Post the session, he messaged me a detailed pathway of how my therapy would progress and how we will work on different aspects. He has a friendly demeanor and gives examples and analogies from real life to help understand better.
